Elena was brilliant. I found her via the internet and met her in her offices on Madison Avenue. I am an international on a working VISA who was wrongfully accused of assault. As well as giving excellent support and soothing advice through the entire process, she was available at all hours, including at 8am on the Sunday of New Years. When I had issues with my VISA itself she spoke to an immigration lawyer on my behalf to seek advice, and also managed to expedite the process with her relationships. She even spoke to my parents, who were concerned, to keep them calm, and always acted in a prompt and professional manner.
