Sherwin Ifill is a 20-year veteran of the New York City Police Department providing private investigation services to our clients. Private Investigator Ifill has extensive experience handling high-profile investigations in the legal, financial, and corporate sectors. Investigator Ifill has handled numerous investigations into international kidnappings, financial frauds, and violent crimes in state and federal courts. 

Investigator Ifill rose through the ranks of the NYPD, retiring as a Detective Investigator – Second Grade from the 61 Precinct Detective Squad. Investigator Ifill has handled numerous joint investigations with regulatory agencies and local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Postal Service and the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. 

During his time as a Detective Investigator for the Brooklyn South Detective Bureau, Mr. Ifill was a three-time recipient of the Exceptional Police Duty Medal, American Legion Commendation, Brooklyn Borough President Award, and City Council Citation Award. 

Prior to his decorated career with the NYPD, Investigator Ifill was a Lance Corporal with the U.S. Marine Corps (honorably discharged).
