She has tried more than 25 federal and state cases to verdict as lead counsel and made more than 200 grand jury presentations. She leads the firm’s work in investigations, trial defense, sentencing, appeals, and post-conviction matters. Elena is fluent in Russian and represents Russian-speaking clients.
