What Happens After You Contact the Firm

Every inquiry is handled with care, discretion, and appropriate urgency.

After you contact Fast Law, the information you provide is reviewed by our attorneys and legal assistants so that we can understand the nature of the matter and determine the most appropriate next step.

Before a consultation is scheduled, the firm conducts a preliminary conflict check to confirm that we do not represent another person or entity involved in the same matter or a related proceeding. To complete that review, we may request the names of relevant individuals, companies, witnesses, or other parties.

Once the preliminary review is complete, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a confidential consultation with an attorney. We recognize that serious legal matters often require prompt attention and do not always arise during ordinary business hours. When circumstances require it, early-morning and evening consultations may be accommodated.

During the consultation, the attorney will review the circumstances in greater detail, address immediate concerns, and discuss how the firm may be able to assist.
